The time in the barrel has allowed the spirit to develop a rich, smooth, spice finish, with deep caramel color. The quality of the grains and the love and care used in the distillation and maturation process show our continued commitment to the craft. The original barrels used to age this spirit were made by Black Water Cooperage which will not be producing
